Join the party from 7-9pm at my new studio and gallery space in historic downtown Campbell. I am especially honored to be showing three sculptures of Helen Bellaver. Her work is made from a combination of found objects and the painting process. She combines the two with a creative voice; one that speaks of renewal and reinvention. She is guided by intuition and the joy of making art.

Florence Biennale
Florence, Italy
I am thrilled and honored to say that I have been selected to participate in the sixth edition of the Florence Biennale in Florence, Italy. It will take place December 1-9, 2007 in the historical Fortezza da Basso. In 2001 The United Nations recognized the Florence Biennale as an official partner in the program "Dialogue Among Nations". The artists of the Biennale, despite their differences of language and faith, found a common language in art to communicate their cultural values, illustrating Kofi Annan's statement: "Art opens new doors for learning, understanding, and peace among people and nations".
My painting "Circle of Life" will be shown in the catalog. I am very happy about this choice as it is a painting I made in honor of my Mom after her passing.
