"Red Jacket", 24" x 20", acrylic on canvas
Two separate images were my inspiration for this painting. The first image was all about color. It was a picture of a rich warm red scarf against a warm dark grey jacket. Beautiful. The second image was a photograph I saw in a catalog and was what I ended up using as my reference material for this painting.
